On December 23, I opened the patio door to my Florida sunroom, took a sniff, and almost passed out. The shocking onion smell made me so sick, I had to sit to recover, then I ran out the front door to get fresher air. I such felt pain inside and such profound harm, toxicity, I was completely stunned and my vision went blank. Fortunately my instinct was to stop breathing and turn away, shut the door. I am still frightened to think what would have happened if I passed out and continued to breathe the poison. This was some king of a military-grade chemical weapon.

I emailed all of you when a similarly frightening experience happened several months ago; I woke and my body, focused on my left chest, was shaking violently. It felt like an attack on my heart- (not a heart attack, but some kind of a focused vibration)- as strong as standing near a freight train or concert speakers, but focused. Several days later I also woke with my chest on fire, heated so hot I had to rush to the fridge to get ice too cool it- now I wish I had grabbed a thermometer to take a reading- but it was far hotter than any fever.
I’ve shared with many of you my trials and suffering since I was a Foreign Service Officer, and I’ve tried to document my mistreatment, research US secret counterinsurgency programs and torture, and work my way up the chain of command and make global human rights complaint, justice, and reform reporting for the last five or more years. I’ve tried to hire lawyers to represent me, made complaints to various Inspectors General and heads of Agencies, many human rights NGOs, and a complaint to the UN Rapporteur of Torture and the International Criminal Court (where the US is not a member- due to concerns over prosecution of US military for war crimes it turns out- quite the admission).
I am attaching some of these reports and complaints for you to read and pass on, please.
I’ve been able to write two new papers in the last month, after being disabled by illness for months (long Covid/post viral syndrome symptoms: fever, lethargy, severe fatigue, pain, cramps, and brain fog); I sincerely hope you will read these and pass them on. One is a detailed white paper on US torture and the place it plays in US counterinsurgency warfare- including its extensive use today domestically to target “enemies” and “threats” to the Right’s clandestine hold on power.
The second is a guide for voters and citizens to 2024 as the season of re-election opportunity and threat to our democracy- and what to do to prepare. Many plots are already afoot to take, or retain power form Us citizens. It’s time to start making plans for safety and to defend democaracy, if you haven’t started yet- this is a guide.
I’m also re-sending you a collection of writing I’ve done over the past several years to document the abuse and torture I’m going through as a now-retired US Foreign Service Officer.

I’m including contact info though I’m sure all mail and electronic communication are not only monitored but blocked/routed/spoofed.
The US government has monopolized all treatment for torture under HHS (Health and Human Services) grants for official immigrants and refugees only- no trained torture healing programs remain as far as I can tell for US citizens or un-official, vetted refugees/survivors! Even training, employment/certificartion is limited to a government controlled program! Imagine this admission of culpability.
Once again, let me plead for you to send these documents and my human rights appeal to your network and media, politicians, human rights NGOs; please send out my Christmas letter and documentation of widespread human rights abuse and torture I’ve documented, and my own outcry for help as a human rights defender to your contacts.
My plan is to update my web site soon: www.worldConsul.com. I have a vision for a torture advocacy and treatment network- and have assembled several properties toward that goal- more info later. I am also nearly finished- 6 months behind my own goal now due to disruption, illness- a script for a documentary on torture in the US. I hope to send that draft and upload it this week. If you can help with any of this work, I welcome your input and assistance- but most of all passing this vital information out. It may save me, and many others.
