What to Expect, Part II: George Floyd Protests as Insurrection Rehearsal- the Past is Prologue:
- Protests of some especially egregious militarized police murder, or Trump pre-election insurrection chaos and polarizing operation like storming the Capitol turn confrontational, arrests, dossiers, investigations begin:
- provocateurs, informants, vigilantes- seek to make protesters seem violent, provoke militarized, massive destructive response, disinformation and discrediting in press, mass arrests and violence on blacks, protesters- a test of loyalty begins
- civil unrest, disturbances turn violent; detention camps, deportations, counterinsurgency pretext
- emergency powers, states militia, national guard, turn to weapons of war- gas, bullets, beatings
- unmarked white vans (belonging to Homeland security, they have bases in many cities) unmarked DHS Bortac (Border Tactical), DOJ Prison Riot teams, police SWAT forces begin snatching people from the streets
- Kyle Rittenhouse- style police vigilante intimidation, murder, militia from neighboring (Red) states (“outside agitators”) used for provocation, chaos…given impunity
- while Antifa, Left wing vigilantes, if involved in violence, even if accidental, are immediately pursued, murdered by death squads
- infiltration of events, churches, non-profits, protests- and provocations to violence, division to slow, disrupt, end civic action
- police lynchings- police “murder gangs” (as in California/Vallejo) begin vigilante justice
- DINO chaos agents like Eric Adams- NY mayor, NYPD plus NY field office FBI- blue city occupation police brutality, covert counter-activism, against voter intent, intentional sabotage of blue cities, governments, bussing immigrants, crime, homelessness, bankruptcy- necessitate greater police powers, spending. Recruitment from red states. Forward occupation bases.
- Atlanta death squad murder of “Cop City” protester, police base/training centers used as forward operating bases for counterinsurgency warfare, militarized policing, control
- immigration deportations, orphaning, children, torture in detention camps, denial of care, loss of records, mass incarceration
- emergency powers, states militia, national guard activates, weapons and tactics of war
- use of drones, advanced surveillance technology
- car rammings of protesters, terrorism against protesters, then later impunity, or violence ignored, misreported by press
- police abuse, kettling of protesters, beating, gassing, shooting, murder, weapons of war, sniper shootings
- provocation, militarism- non-violents old man pushed to ground, onlookers, press roughed up, camera stolen, random beatings, impunity for violence, community BBQ cook shot in the head
From the Lafayette Park Massacre:
- provocateurs start “violence”- throwing soup cans, frozen water bottles
- national guard responds with weapons of war- gas, horses, sound weapons, less-lethal rounds
- media blames protesters
- Trump uses violence for politically motivated message of chaos, fear
- DOJ uses “violence” as a pretext to declare war on “antifa” and the Left, counterinsurgency.
The police can be allies- it helps to befriend an officer ahead of any problem like November 2024, but just as easily turning to the police can be a peril- keep contact with the police public, know your rights, have a lawyer card and phone card, and remember the police can and do lie- respect them as much as possible but- trust but verify, remember militarized police are at war with civilians. Militarized police when in the militant role are a significant danger, even in your home, even if you are non-violent. They are expert in provocation, escalation, and will easily and expertly resort to escalation of force, even deadly force. Police are infiltrated with white nationalists, and may are veterans of violent warfare, are trained provocatuers. In addition, police today coordinate with Intel officials who may be trying to frame, disrupt, destroy you as a “possible threat” via Fusion centers with the FBI, CIA, FBI local field offices in blue cities, informants, agents provocateur, vigilantes, “contractors” like Black Cube (Israel) or Pinkerton (US anti-labor) and local representatives of foreign intelligence services. Counterinsurgency warfare (divide, discredit, degrade, disrupt, destroy), detention, mass incarceration, and KUBARK torture, use of informants and vigilantes are always an active threat to blacks, the Left especially progressives, environmentalists, Muslims, immigrants, Native American pipeline protesters, animal rights activists, Occupy Wall Street- basically any political activist group not pro-Right wing (and lately some Right wing groups to like KKK, Proud Boys, Michigan militia, in a nod toward “Centrism” after the Trump coup).

Be aware of US Intel KUBARK Torture (see Appendix)– 4 things scientifically: isolation, pain, confusion, unpredictability. Look out for:
- informants in your neighborhood, work, family, lies, relationships falling apart, betrayal, spying
- lies and accusations, social media radicalization, criminal radicalization algorithms in your social media:
- race, drug use, komprant, anti-authoritarianism, “conspiracism” etc. targeted as “terrorism”
- use of toxins, food poisoning, illness, accidents- and especially sleep deprivation to harm, “disrupt”
- expect public harassment, bullying, threats to create a sense of fear, anxiety, intimidation
The Antidote to torture– connection, comfort and healing, understanding, flexibility.
Unfortunately, all of the torture treatment centers in the country have come under the control of the government, which captured them with Department of Health and Human Services refugee resettlement funding, then insisted only legal immigrants could be treated, anything else wasn’t “torture”. Thus all experts in counseling, treatment of torture now effectively work for the very government that uses widespread KUBARK torture; but expertise is still available in academic sources:
